@hardworkingSkies4388 I can relate to you, it sounds really suffocating when your body feels like it's working against you, maybe you could start small, very small changes that make you feel stronger and more at ease 🤍 don't do it for others but for yourself.

You deserve to be in peace with yourself and your skin, this doesn't have to define you or your worth 🤍 try to be gentle with yourself ❤️Sending you lots of love and *hugs* 🐾💕

Self-criticism is familiar to me, as it is to every human being. I may look slim, composed, and smiling on the outside, yet underneath I can be harsh with myself about many things. We tend to take everything personally, blaming ourselves for all that goes wrong. But when we look deeper, we often discover that much of it was never truly our fault.

There are countless reasons we become who we are, with all our traits and contradictions. The way we were raised, the opportunities we had or lacked, our temperament, the hardships we faced — all of it shapes us and our hidden longings.

You can treat your eating habits as a temporary difficulty — not a defect, just something that can be worked through and improved.

It should be on the same shelve as e.g. “Ah, my garden is attacked by insects” or “Mold appeared in swimming pool” - still not a pleasant thing but also not your fault. Stay healthy 🙏🏽
