I don’t know what’s going on…

This may sound silly to some, and I am not intending to be insensitive by saying anything here. I just feel like I don’t know if I have some sort of eating disorder. I was much heavier this time last year, I started eating better, and whatever, and I lost some weight. But it got to the point of not eating much of anything, and now I’m skinnier than I’ve been since high school (i’m 30) and I’m just hating my body but this is what I wanted? I hope this makes sense. I don’t put eating first, I smoke a lot of cigarette’s and I feel like, I’m lost as far as my physical appearance.

@maddcatter

It's not silly if it matters to you.

It can be hard all the pressure we put in our own appearance and weight and also society.

What matters most is that you feel good in yourself!

It's about healthy options, exercise and just generally having good thoughts around food and nutrition.

Sending you my best wishes 💜💕

I truly understand you. I also lost a lot of weight and smoking as a chimney. Cigarettes suppresses the appetite, but it's just an illusion because you will feel hungry anyway and your body needs some nutritions to carry on. Try to change your routine. You are probably smoking when stressed and it's the first thing you think about is to light on a cigarette. Eat something, even small piece of fruit. Drink some water with lemon, don't smoke on an empty stomach, it's the worst you can do.

A cigarette can give you the feeling of fullness for a moment but food truly strengthens you and gives long lasting, not just temporary relief.

Don't hate your body. It isn't something to punish but to protect, nourish and love back.

Im sending hugs 🤗 🫂 be strong
