I don't know what type of eating disorder this is
I don't know what type of eating disorder this is. Feels like a mix of all. My average day consist of skipping breakfast, lunch, working out for three hours, then eating dinner. I use the small plates with the small forks and spoons. I count my calories and I eat everything on my plate. Even when I'm full. I throw up almost everything I eat. Full or not full. When I'm home alone, I eat so much food. I throw that up most of the time too. I'm a very picky eater so I know I'm not getting the right nutrition. I have horrible body dysmorphia and hate looking at the scale (even tho I check almost everyday.) I've thrown up at practice (from doing too much) and I've passed out right after an intense workout. I feel dizzy all the time.
@Lizdemouse We are not allowed to give medical advice here at 7 Cups, and you can't use the Internet to diagnose a medical disorder in any case. To get a diagnosis you would have to approach your doctor, and your doctor might refer you to a specialist.
I did have a look to see what the diagnostic manual, DSM-5-TR, has to say about eating disorders. It's very complicated, and as far as I can tell there's not enough information in your post to determine the type of eating disorder. Not getting the right nutrition is dangerous in the long term, obviously, and perhaps this is more important than the precise choice of diagnosis.
