I'm sorry you are struggling so. I know it is so horribly difficult to stay on track sometimes. What do you think triggered this relapse?
I'm hearing how frustrated and upset you are. I'm really glad that you posted and are sharing your struggle.
Thank you so much for ur response and for being so understanding. I can't really figure it out what exactly the trigger was sadly do you have any advice on how to find out ? I'd be reallyyyy glad

That's a great question. When I've experienced triggers, I've worked backwards to try to figure out what happened prior to the behavior. Sometimes it takes time to work backwards, and not always successful on the first trigger.
Who do you have that is supportive, or do you have a counselor that you've worked with before who you can reach out to, to help you get back on track? You are definitely worth looking into any options that you've used in the past to help you. Are there any thoughts that come to mind for you that you haven't considered that you've used before? Even any little thing?
Please keep sharing.
