Tips please
I need some tips on to actually eat meals in the morning.. ive been passing them up😅... I dont know if it has to do with my e.d coming back with a kick or maybe its just something else. Anyone else deal with this?..
@PhoenixButterfly97 I went past this I don't have an ED. But no one replied so...
Plan breakfast.
Put that on your schedule "tomorrow I am going to fry bacon and eggs" make sure you have ingredients everything set
Set alarm get up and make meal you planned.
Make breakfast foods you like, bacon and eggs is an example.
Sit down write down breakfast meal plan then follow this plan.
Hope that helps!

@RogueOne1983 provided some great ideas and tips.
I would add some questions to ask yourself with this.
What am I wanting or avoiding by not eating breakfast?
What is the cost or consequences of not eating breakfast?
What are the benefits and positives of eating breakfast?
Remember that our bodies, our thinking and our ability to cope with various things are improved when we have fuel in our system.
I'm really glad you've reached out. Please keep doing so as you want and need to.
Thank you both, somedays are harder than others and I will start a list for myself of what i want or do want and a timer. This seems like it might help me, get back on track❤️
@PhoenixButterfly97
That sounds great. Please let us know how it's going for you if you want.
@PhoenixButterfly97 I was having this issue as well. It was part ED behavior and part forgetfulness. I work from home and just sit down at my desk with my coffee and get buried in my work. But I never pass up my coffee! Now I get my Keurig ready the night before, set out the mug I’ll use, and put a Cliff bar in it. Caveat: a Cliff bar may not be an appropriate breakfast for everyone’s needs. My dietician and I decided it was a good option for me now since I was skipping breakfast entirely, and we’ll revisit.
@mich765 I started doing similar. I actually would prepare my nurtigrain bar the night before along with my coffee cup. im so glad that im not the only one that has the forgetfulness and the ed issues combining...
