anorexia relapse
i relapsed into my eating disorder after being in recovery for 3 months. i think ive been lying to myself this whole time saying that i want to get better when i really dont. i wanna be thin as a stick or even thinner and i want people to see me and worry instantly. i miss the hospitals and i miss people caring. now that im "healthy" nobody cares. therapy doesn't help, pills and alcohol dont either. nothing helps. its not enough and it will never be. im not gonna let anyone notice i relapsed again and in the summer i hope they all get scared and hate themselves for not noticing i was dying right in front of them.

Relapses can be tough, and it's okay to feel the way you do. It's common for eating disorders to make you feel like you want to be "thin," but these thoughts can be deceiving and harmful.

What is it about those who seemed to care and those now who don't seem to care that are different? Do you have anyone in your support system that you can talk to?
Relapse is a struggle that comes many times with eating disorders, and that desire to be thin, even thinner when you may already be very thin, can be challenging. As the body is not nourished it's hard to see ourselves objectively.
Have you thought about telling some of those people who made you feel cared about before that you don't feel cared about now?
