I'm not 100% sure if I have an eating disorder, but I can't stomach food, and when I eat, I end up puking. what should I do?

@spaceeee sorry it's been hard with food lately, have you seen a doctor? maybe they can tell what's really up

@Optimisticempath im too scared to go to my mum and ask abt it so I haven't gone to a doctor
