Introduction
Hello, my name is Alaina. I’m 29 years old, female, and am currently doing outpatient eating disorder recovery for the second time for anorexia as well as anxiety. Life has been a rollercoaster of emotions ever since I’ve decided to do this since there isn’t much in my area for help, because of my insurance. I have a wonderful nutritionist and therapist who have my back (luckily), I wouldn’t know what I would do without their help. ❤️ I’m doing my best to get through life at the moment and not letting myself give up.
