I’ve been dealing with anxiety (as well as an eating disorder for most of my adult life) for a lot of my life but lately it’s gotten bad to the point of interfering with my day to day life. I’ve been to therapy for it in the past, and I’m starting to think that the two are linked, the eating disorder and the anxiety since when one flares up the other seems to do the same almost as a reflex. Currently I’m doing my best to manage both as well as just normal life.

...See more Hello, my name is Alaina. I’m 29 years old, female, and am currently doing outpatient eating disorder recovery for the second time for anorexia as well as anxiety. Life has been a rollercoaster of emotions ever since I’ve decided to do this since there isn’t much in my area for help, because of my insurance. I have a wonderful nutritionist and therapist who have my back (luckily), I wouldn’t know what I would do without their help. ❤️ I’m doing my best to get through life at the moment and not letting myself give up.
