Hi everyone!
@LavenderTea96 Hey! Welcome to the community
Thank you❤️@emsworld
Hey guys can anyone help Me.. Btw I hope your day has gone great! Lately I haven't eaten anything my freinds are noticing and they apparently are scared for me ..I just don't know what to do I'm 14 and I weigh [edited by Anomalia for weight specifics] idk wether that's bad.. I just can someone give me any advice or anything hope you all had a good day
@Redrose1234
It's dangerous to talk about"bad" or"normal" about weight. If you have less appetite for no apparent reason, go to your GP. I know it sounds weird to go to the doctor for something that is not an infection or broken limb but it's important when you are a teenager to see your GP regularly. Your body is changing, your hormones too and you can't compare with before because change is expected. Only a doctor or trained nurse can tell you what is normal or not. Don't listen too much to teenagers your age:they are changing too.
@Redrose1234 - Hi there - I edited out the weight because we try to avoid weight and calorie specifics in the eating disorder forums to avoid potential triggers for others. But also, as was said above, we are not doctors, so we are not able to tell you what is a "good" or "bad" weight to be at and the best way to be more certain is to talk to a doctor about it. What I can tell you is that if you are not eating or are eating dramatically less, that's definitely something concerning and worth getting support with earlier rather than later. My guess is if your friends are noticing and concerned, there's good reason. When did you start eating less? What do you think might have influenced it?
@Anomalia
Hi! I hope your day is going well. I'm in the samesituation as you. I'm 14, and Ihave an eating disorder. I hate eating, and try to avoid it as much as possible. When I started, I didn't think itwould be that bad. I ocasionally started skipping meals, or telling my parents I already ate.
When I decided to stop, and when I would eat, I always though that other people thought I was fat. I missed the feeling of hunger and "getting skinny." So, I startyed again. This time, I haven't stopped. I hope that we can all help each other!
@MinnieLove1 - I'm glad you're here, and I hope that this community can offer the support you're looking for in moving towards recovery! What do you think the next step is for you, to turn things around and get on a healthier path?
@Anomalia I think I started becuase of bullying and seeing pictures of how pretty some people were and it's f me that you edited it out I'm sorry about that x
@emsworld Hello Everyone. I am so glad to finally be able to meet all of you

New to the group happy to be here hoping i can find other people who understand me
im a little backwards as far as MOST people view eating disorders so finding a group where i fit in is really hard i have been fighting my body lately with just trying to eat like i should and not making myself sick
i am what my DR calls a undereater so my body stores all the fat from my food making me fat & overweight due to not eating what i should most people just think i eat like a pig and im super fat bc of it little do they know i only eat 1 or 2 times every 2 days if even that
PLZ forgive any spelling mistakes
hello all, thanks for being here :) does anyone have any book recommendations for binge eating that have helped you? i

@anabellamia1189
I have a binge eating disorder, and it's been a rough year. I'm gaining weight and it's embarrassing. I feel like it tells the world how messed up I am. Glad to be on this forum as I develop new eating habits.
