@Shanna
I have been lurking in these forums a lot before but decided it is time to come out of my shell and start coming to an area to feel safe and supported in and really this community sheds the light and seems really supportive. I am Sharpie or you can call me Alex. I do struggle with an eating disorder and am in recovery and striving hard to fight the ED.
I'm not really sure if i have an eating disorder or not, because i dont hate my body or want to be skinny im already pretty skinny just naturally. I definitley have fat on my body but im pretty active because I do excersise about every other day so im happy with my body. I just noticed reacentley that i dont really get hungry unless i havent eaten for a while, I was doing my regular routine of shcoolwork starting at around 8:00 and grabbed myself a cup of coffee then i looked again after doing a lot of work and then it was 12:00 and I'd feel a hungry by now but it just didnt feel bad and i realized i kind of liked the sensation of being empty so id just get another cup of coffee ignore my hunger and finish my work and after that i would go down and just put food in my mouth and i didnt feel hungry and i wasnt enjoying the food. Im a boy not a girl btw

Hey all!
I'm coming back to 7 cups after a long time away and new to these groups. First time posting here. I'm in recovery from BED, and this social isolation has been really hard. I look forward to chatting with other folks and getting to see how other people have been coping as well.
@agenderAJ
