Anyone needing a little recovery help?

Hey! I just started using an app to aid in my recovery and I just wanted to share it with you guys because it's been insanely helpful. I haven't really had clinical help and dealing with this on m own has been awful. This app was great for me so I wanted to make sure you all get to hear about it too <3
It's called "Recovery Record" it's definitely on iPhone and Andriod, idk about any other phones. The best of health to you all!
