Hey all. I start a partial hospitalization program tomorrow for my anorexia and I'm really scared and would love some support. It's 7 days a week, 9 hours per day. I'd also love to hear from anyone who has also gone through a similar program. I'm going to be going from 0 meals to 3 a day and I'm terrified. I want to get better but it feels like so much so fast.

It is terrifying, it IS difficult but you are 100% capable of doing it. Put trust into the professionals helping you get better. You might not like them but they do know what they're doing and they can help you. Take advantage of all of your support systems and hang in there. Sending love and good vibes your way, we'll all be cheering you on!

You is berry brave but with the extra support you can get thru this I beeleaf 🐝🍃 🐝🍃 in you. Hopefully you will have meal coaches that help you process your feelings and get you thru rough patches. Tbh it kinda helps to eat with other people going thru similar challenges. You will learn alot of coping skills and distractions to help you not focus on the eating as much. Like yoga and mindfulness walking. Every program is different but it's awesome you are reaching out for that support. Even though it doesn't always feel like it, you deserve to recover lovely <3<3
