The problem of my life.
My family got divorced and I am two years and until now I can't forgive the person who was the reason for their marriage.
But I don't have more words to say, but those who have gone through the same experience, I wish they would tell me what to do, because I don't know how to concentrate on any need of thinking, and I became very sensitive and cry easily from accumulations.
@Fatmaisasoup, so sorry to hear that. You must have been feeling so hurt. It's indeed a tough situation... Try some relaxation exercises if you can(like yoga or meditation) and consider visiting a therapist to help you go through those hard times.
If you need someone just to vent, I'm here...
I hope you gel well soon...

It sounds like you're carrying a lot of pain and unresolved emotions from your parents' divorce, and that's completely understandable. It's tough when something so big happens at such a young age, and the feelings don’t just go away with time.
Forgiveness isn’t something that happens overnight, and you don’t have to force it. Right now, it’s more important to focus on healing and finding ways to process what you’re feeling. Talking to people who understand—whether it’s friends, a therapist, or others who have been through similar situations—can help. Writing down your thoughts, expressing yourself through art or music, or even just taking time for self-care might make things feel a little lighter.
You’re not alone in this, and your feelings are valid. It’s okay to take your time to work through them.
@Fatmaisasoup Hi there 💗
Your situation sounds incredibly hard and emotionally exhausting. I'm sorry you're going through this.
When you said "I wish they would tell me what to do", it made me want to reply on this thread. When we go through challenging times, it's so easy/common to want advise or guidance from likeminded folks. We search for answers, connection, validation, and ways to fix things. With that being said, sometimes advice can hinder us. What works for one person may be detrimental to another person. Sometimes it's more beneficial to trust our gut and rely on things that we know work for us - even if it's something small for self care.
I hope you're able to find some strategies that work for you. You're the expert on yourself! 😊
That's sad to hear. I hope you recover from this.
