I find it hard to make friends

I have the struggle to make friends since back then, online and in real life, and I mostly just blame myself for that because that is the main reason why I feel lonely, I wanted a friend to talk to whenever I'm feeling down, and whenever I talk to an online friend, I struggle to find which topics to talk about, and it kind of made me feel guilty because I might be boring to talk to, and I don't talk in groupchats often because I am anxious, but I want to have the courage to be talkative in groupchats.
