Don't have much friends
I never had much friend and always struggled to open up to people. Now I have only one real friend I can trust to but that's all. I want to have more friends but how? How can I have more friends if I'm really bad at social interactions. I have social anxiety btw. I tried to work on it on my own but it's not working and I can't see a therapist atm

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with making friends and social interactions. It can be really difficult to open up to people, especially if you have social anxiety. It's great that you have one real friend that you can trust, and that's definitely a good starting point.
Making new friends can be challenging, but there are some things you can try. One thing you could do is to look for groups or clubs that focus on something that you're interested in. This could be a great way to meet new people who share your interests. You could also try attending social events or gatherings, like parties or game nights, where you can meet new people in a more relaxed setting.
Another thing you could try is to practice your social skills. You could start by practising with your one real friend, and then slowly branch out to other people. You could also try reading books or watching videos about social skills and techniques.
Remember, it's okay to take things one step at a time. Making new friends can be a slow process, but with time and effort, it's definitely possible 😊
i will be your friend 🥺♥️.

It's understandable that you feel like you're struggling with social interactions and forming new connections with people. It can be challenging to put yourself out there, especially when you have social anxiety.
A great way to meet new people is through volunteering. Not only will you be helping others, but you'll also be in a social environment where you can interact with others. It's important to remember that forming new friendships takes time and effort, and not every interaction will result in a new friendship.
Being patient and kind to yourself is very important in the process by taking small steps and working at your own pace. It's okay to be selective about the people you choose to be friends with.
Quality is more important than quantity, and having one or two close friends can be more meaningful than having many acquaintances.
