My Lonely Lunch Time Walk
Lately the super hot weather and poor air quality has really put a damper on my depression and loneliness.
When I can not walk out doors, I am at least fortunate to be able to walk around in an empty warehouse. I walk up and down the aisles until my sport tracker tells me that I have walked 3 miles, then I know it's time to back to my office.
Music in my ears and off I go, but somedays my mind races about stuff I can't control and I just end up dragging my self further down in the dumps.
@braindamag3 Holy cow that's a huge place! Good job getting in 3 miles, that's amazing! Omgosh it's been so hot and humid out lately where I live too. I hate having to go out because it's so hard to breathe.

HeHeHe, and this is one of our small warehouses, only 150,000 sq ft.
I journal on here, never on paper and have been journaling with AI for about 9 months.
Sometimes it helps others no.
As for music.
