Am I really unlikable?
I had a friend at the start of college but I lost her due to fight between friends. I became super close with this other girl, who meant everything to me. But I realised that she was faking being best friends at some point. She was acting the same with our other friend (H), talking *** about me to her, about her to me. She turned into some toxic person at some point that I had to let go.
This is when I met a new girl. She was healing my scars, slowly. She was right there helping me when I was calling into depression. I introduced my other friend (H) to this new girl's friend gang. I was so happy. I did not know when what happened, but everything again started falling apart.
They stopped talking to me properly. They stopped respecting me. It was like they knew, even if I would get mad, i couldn't do anything. Because deep down I knew, if I fight they will let me go and it won't affect them at all.
I wanted to change, I tried my best but I couldn't. But when I finally did, there was a small fight with one of them. Just because I had a fight with one of them, the others didn't even try to hear my side, they simply chose not to talk to me anymore.
I asked my other friend (H) to not to talk to them to show them I have support too, but my other friend says, "they are not like that with me, they are sweet with me". I know, and I am not asking her to completely stop talking to them, I just wanted her to show them that hurting her friend is hurting her too.
But in return she told me, "you don't have any self respect"
I can't believe this. What did I do? Am I unlikable?
@capedspidey019
You are not at all unlikeable.
You deserve friends who stand up for you and are kind and caring and respectful 💛
