Feeling alone all the time

Hi all. Finding a support group is really difficult for me. Not all have the patience and understanding or even an open mind about these things. Keeping this to myself is really feeling up the space in my mind. Mostly I'm on autopilot even while I'm driving. I'm doing my best to look okay for everyone including my kids, but when the lights out and about to sleep, I'm finding myself staring at ceiling. I joined this website believing that I will find someone who's willing to listen to my story without judging.
