I’m really upset with one of my best friends asking me if it’s okay to date my ex. When they started talking, she told me that she wasn’t interested in him or even having a boyfriend. But now it feels like she betrayed me and ignored my previous feelings for him.

@ alexaz0512 If the person you were dating is no longer in a relationship with you, they and your gf should be able to date anyone they wish, including each other. It is possible that your gf really did not have any feelings towards your ex at first or a willingness to date. These feelings can naturally develop over time with no ill intent towards you.
