Friends

Hi, I am also from India. My communication skills are not very good. Some people have told me that I'm an introvert. Actually, I enjoy spending time with others, but I find it really hard to keep a conversation going. This makes people less interested in spending time with me. I don't know what my problem is. Deep down, I always feel scared around strangers, especially around girls. It always affects my confidence. I really want to change this behavior. Can someone help me with that?
