I'd like to think we're all friends here, but I think you're looking for a person with whom you can talk on a regular basis. My time here is too unpredictable to connect with someone for ongoing and regular communication.
What may help is if you say something about yourself, for example what you're interested in, how you feel about your circumstances, what you're considering for personal development and growth, etc.
In that way, others know if between you, there'll be something to talk about.
