Frustrated With Friendships.
Currently I don't think I have any true friends. I got acquaintances at work, who are not there for me when I need them. In fact 99% of them don't even ask me how I'm doing.
I feel like friendships only exist when people have everything in common, and they agree on everything. To me this makes true friendships impossible.
I can't think of anyone that I agree with a 100% of the time. I can't think of anyone that I have everything in common with.

In all honesty.
You can't 100% connect with people or have 100% things in common with them, that's straight up impossible.
A true friendship in my view is where they can accept your pros and cons, the things that don't work well and the things that do. They can strongly connect with things with their friends because bonds are made from trust, not from just having common likings with them.
It's the fact that you perceive friendship as a puzzle piece, everything needs to fit into the right area, and certain things need to go in that spot or that spot. Not everything has to match okay? sometimes, some things just don't fit well with each other while others do, we just need to find the people who can accept that part of you.
@InkyDoodler You are probably correct. I feel like I got to give up on any hopes of having friends. My whole life of 45 years has had nothing but trouble forming strong connections with others. That is after I thought I had done everything right. It was like, "I up held my side of it, but you decided not continue, why?" So much of this caused me turn inward looking deep into my personality for the flaw that is repelling others. It's a terrible search.
