Get out of comfort zone
Is it really that hard to make friends? I do have guy friends but I also want a girl friends who I can talk about girl stuff with.
I'm actually an introvert, who even need some time to gather courage to pay to the cashier. And I finally willing to get out of my comfort zone, trying to start the conversation first confidently talk more to people, join group activities....but....i still not important enough to get invited to hangout or even sleepover, while they keep talking about their plans for weekend while we all have lunch together.
Of course there's limit for me to self invited like asking "can I come also?" They didn't know how much courage for me to say that try to be involved with people. But the more time passed the more I see...I'm still the background girl.
Hey. I'm new here and I'm an introvert too. I'm a girl, but raised with two older brothers, I'm kinda tomboyish.
Making friends is hard. Especially since most only work out if two people 'click' you know? Like two puzzle pieces.
I'd like to chat sometime when you have the chance :)
Also new here. The whole reason I downloaded this app was to have some human interaction. I too and an introvert with social anxiety. I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone too.
That's a great goal! Being around people sometimes is a drag!!
@Lunaticloppy I am an introvert but once i get comfortable with a friend i could be a chatterbox. It is good that you choose to leave your comfort zone which i am also doing as well. Just give it some time and you will fit into a group.
