I’m struggling

I’m struggling mentally with myself. I cried on the bus on the way home from college and in the shower. I had panic attack after that. I have a lot in mind all the time and I just want people and my friends to show more love and support to me because I really feel like I have a lack of strong connections and bonding with people. I don’t feel like I belong here. I see people having their own kind of social circle that they belong to, while I seem to feel left out from the belongingness and the true connection. That seldom makes me revalue myself as I’m also really struggling with my insecurities so harshly to myself. I don’t know what to do with it.

@KiwiSweet

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way, and I just want to acknowledge how tough it must be to carry all of that inside. It’s completely okay to feel overwhelmed, and sometimes when everything piles up, it can feel isolating, especially when you're craving that deeper connection with others. Your feelings are valid, and you deserve to feel seen and supported.

Sometimes, opening up about how you're feeling with the people around you can help. If you're comfortable, sharing your thoughts with a trusted friend or family member might bring you closer to the connection you're seeking. Also, be kind to yourself during this time—your worth isn't defined by the people around you, but by the unique and beautiful person you are. You're not alone in feeling like this, and I'm here if you ever need to talk.
