Discovering that your spouse of 15 years has been unfaithful is undoubtedly a devastating experience that can leave you feeling profoundly lost and hurt. It's important to allow yourself time to process your emotions and seek support from friends, family, or even a therapist to navigate this difficult situation. While the pain is intense, remember that healing takes time, and reaching out for help can provide valuable perspectives and coping strategies. Prioritize self-care and consider seeking professional guidance to work through the complex emotions and decisions that lie ahead.

... try to take a step back from your pain and disappointment! Give her a chance to talk with you like a friend, non-judging, open minded, and try to understand that she is an independent being with her own options to follow her impulse, desire to do what she did.
Take your time to decide if you like to understand her motives and possibly forgive her ... or if it was a sign of your relationship nearing its end.
I hope you have the emotional strength and maturity to handle the situation wisely and to the best of your ability, either way ... don't be too hard on her or yourself - ok?
I wish you all the best!
