Mood swings

My mood swings happen super fast, literally from moment to moment. Sometimes I say things based on a momentary feeling, which isn't right, but it always causes problems for me. Like, I'll say I hate someone, but after getting to know them better, I realize they're actually a good person. Or sometimes I like someone at first, but then I slowly drift away because our vibes don't match and I can't be truly happy around them. I've tried so hard to change myself, but I just can't. Is this a bad thing to do?

@La3leh

That's not a bad thing to do, . You're allowed to change your mind about people over time, and that's common in relationships. Try if you can to think about a person for a day or so before saying anything about them if you can. I hope this helps.

@La3leh

It's okay not to click with everyone you meet; you weren't meant to. Just be sure to treat them with kindness. Would you feel comfortable speaking to your physician about the mood swings? Perhaps she could give you some guidance on that. I hope that you keep on posting.
