My Friend ignores me

My best and pretty much only friend ignores me every time I try to talk about myself or how I’m feeling especially if I’m upset about something at work specifically about my boss and we are all friends whenever I try to talk about my mental health and reach out for help she starts talking about her own problems and ignores what I’ve said
