Single parent
I feel really in tough moment of my life, being alone with two. I would love to know some single parent and be support to each other. Tell me your secrets how to move own and be a single happy parent? My little one is 1 year old.

It's hard. You have to show your kids you can do it. Their lives are in your hands. Everything you do, do with unconditional love. They're not little forever. Enjoy every moment. But also take time for yourself. Show your kids what self care is and what being happy is. They deserve it and so do you mama. You got this!

1 to 3 years are the vital ones
