Tw: Sexism, One-sided povs and arrogant behavior

Now that the trigger warning is out of the way, So I am noticing that a friend of my father's. At first, I never really noticed how inappropriate and completely sexist his remarks/ random questions were. I used to be ok with answering them till I noticed that he was always quick to blame women, but never wanted to talk unbiasedly about the situations just always blaming women. Then I started to get annoyed, because he would respond with attitude towards my comments, but would hold conversations with outs on the thread. When i first met him, he was cool, now that I am an adult the rose colored classes have fallen off. He is a man with a huge problem with ego that talks straight out of his rear end. Another thing that threw me off with him and irritated me was that my sister had freshly graduated High School, and he had the audacity to show her his over night bag. I was appalled by this, of course I kept my mouth shut but I saw the look of disgust on my sisters face. I don't know why he gets under my skin so much.

It's completely understandable that you're feeling uncomfortable and frustrated with your father's friend due to his inappropriate and sexist remarks. It's essential to trust your instincts when someone's behavior raises red flags. His biased attitudes and dismissive behavior towards your comments may be indicative of a larger issue. The incident involving your sister's discomfort further highlights the need for setting boundaries and addressing such behavior when it crosses the line. It's important to prioritize your own well-being and that of your loved ones in situations where someone's actions or words are causing discomfort or distress.

Is “overnight bag” a euphemism? Maybe you should talk to your dad before your sister finds herself in a scary situation?
