Want to understand
I have people who help to drop me home, help me with personal work, come with me for breaks and dinners, give me gifts who I can ask for help.. Would that mean I have friends?
I just didn't have any when I was younger so I'm wondering
It's many time we have to put in effort, which is what is tiring

Well, it's definitely cool that there are people who can help you, and who treat you well, are close to you, but it's also important to understand that friendship is not a universal concept. What may be considered friendship for some will be just a good acquaintance for others. So maybe you should ask yourself, what would I want from a friend, a real one, and do these people next to me correspond to everything?
