should I cut off my friend

so we are three girls, that have been really close since we were 10 years old. the problem is, that the first girl has a lot of mental problems and there are always excuses for her to do whatever she wants. in the past, she has hooked up with my ex and with a fling of the second friend. also, she lives in another country so when she does something in our friend group she just leaves us to deal with it over the year and she doesn't care at all. another problem is that she can't keep secrets and it feels like she is making drama on purpose at this point. despite that, I have so many good memories with her and love her very much. I can try to talk to her but I'm not sure if it's going to work... yeah so idk do u think there is a way to save this friendship or I should cut her off?
