@Amanda84 Jaggery is a traditional, unrefined non-centrifugal cane sugar widely consumed across the Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Made by concentrating sugarcane or palm sap without separating molasses, it acts as a flavorful, nutrient-dense alternative to refined white sugar.

I use it in my coffee/tea instead of sugar. A slightly healthier alternative.
