Well the title describes the rule ! For example : CACTUS : Can Anyone Call The United States ?
You have to make a sentence and then leave 6 letters for the next person.

The way it works is that someone gives a 6 lettered word and then using that word, someone else writes a 6 worded sentence using each letter as the a word that it begins with. Then that person gives another 6 lettered word and then another person writes a sentence and so on and so on.
