@jesusredeemedme2425 If I have to be outside I pour water on my shirt, or dip a shirt in water and squeeze it out. Indoors its AC.

Try to stay inside with the AC, dress lightly in both fabrics and colors, and make sure I’m equipped with a large water bottle (preferably chilled from the fridge) and some ice cream.
Also, I live in the desert; heat survival knowledge is a necessity for me. 🤣
