I lwk think yes, for most cases like asking questions without hassitation or feeling ashamed — it makes it easier to understand and saves time.
But yeah, true authenticity and realness isn't there with AI, it can't observe our moments, be strict or talk to us face to face like a human's does ( atleast for now ) which makes it boring and plane.
