It's convenient.
You can stay in your pyjamas.
No toxicity from work colleagues.
Plenty of tea on tap 💚🤗
No commute.
Not seeing a downside 💚

And all the chocolate you can handle ;)
I worked from home for a number of years but also in the office the odd day.
Even though i am a recluse, it did get lonely at times.
But the up side, yes working in your PJ's is a plus, just remember to never stand up during meetings 😜. I'll admit that in the warm weather, even worked in my boxers 😅
@jesusredeemedme2425 depends on for who. I could never. But i also wouldn´t be the one to make everyone come in the office because it doesn´t work for me so it must be bad for everyone. So i think it depends on your personal priorities and needs. I am not very self motivated and i am turning into a depressed blob if i have to be at home for longer than a week. I simply can´t. Had the pleasure of online school during the pandemic and the way i started to treat online lessons like a suggestion less then a month in... And doing absolutely nothing anyway besides bedrotting 😂 I need to get myself out of the house, in a structured environment with immediate accountability, where i can vibe with others. So yeaaaa, couldn´ t be me. But a lot of people prefer it (tbh would probably also vote it as lesser bad if i worked in cubicle offices) so well. Good for them 😊
