Today is Inclusion Day, National Depression Screening Day, World Homeless Day, and World Porridge Day <3

Here in India, its Ashtami today. Ashtami literally means "the eighth day"
We worship goddess for 9 days this time of the year. So its divided into groups of 3 days i.e., 3+3+3=9 Its actually worshipping the qualities we have within and rising above those qualities. In Indian culture its accepted that everyone and everything is considered to have all three qualities, but in different proportions and contexts.
First three days we worship the Rajasic Qualities. Means a mind or personality that is energetic, passionate and full of desires.
Next three days we worship Tamasic Qualities. Means ignorance, laziness and dullness.
Last three days we worship the Sattvic Qualities. Means purity and knowledge.

I had a bad health day yesterday… Heart racing, shortness of breath, etc. I’m resting today <3

I hope so too. I hope this heart monitor gives me some answers. I’m assuming long COVID at this point…
