Helping Strangers

Whilst travelling, a girl who didn't take her medication, started having intrusive thoughts, and was in a bad way, so I rang an ambulance, went to the hospital with her, visited her when she was in there, and rang her parents to find her medical history for the doctors, reassured them and then accompanied her to the airport when she was going home 💚

One time I was at the grocery store. I was walking up to the line at the same time these two people were and I said “it’s ok go ahead no problem” Those same two people who went in front of me didn’t have enough money to get everything they originally wanted. I saw them taking out some things so they can afford to pay for their other things and I politely and respectfully in a soft voice said “Oh no it’s ok I can cover that. You don’t need to take some things out.” So I ended up paying for all their groceries before I paid for all mine. They were about to leave some important healthy food behind before I paid for them. 

I once helped an old man, who was unable to walk.. it was raining heavily that night, around 8pm.. we we're walking down the street and i noticed him helplessly sitting in the road, it was risky and vehicles were driving past him, he was covered in dirt, and drunk.

I saw and decided to help him stand with my friend, gave him umbrella, and called out for help from locals but no one was coming to help.. one lady helped me and my friend with stopping a rickshaw, she offered to pay for the rickshaw, but the driver said there's no need for that. and me and my friend grabbed that men, helped him stand, and get in.

We dropped him near his house ( he remembered his colony ) while being in the vehicle with him cus he was unable to walk, my friend and I were holding him in the vehicle along the way. We dropped him in his colony, and some people knew him, and said that they'll take care of the old men.

He gave us blessings and all.. I'm aware it was very risky though.. so i didn't tell anyone abt the incident until much later, I briefly told my sis.

@jesusredeemedme2425 I was out to eat with my parents, and we were waiting for our food when this homeless guy came in, and everybody kept yelling at him to get out. They were yelling for the manager. I said out loud to everyone, "If he is eating, then he is a customer and can stay." My parents gave me money to go and buy him food, and then we invited him to sit at our table. Everyone around us was very angry with us, but we didn't get upset. Then we went to give him more money, and he thanked us for what we did.
