Icebreakers! ~Week of August 31~

Icebreakers:

1) What do you at night to help you fall asleep?

I listen to the Headspace app. It gives you guided meditation and deep breathing tips and exercises to help with relaxation.

2) If you could play any Olympic sport which one would it be?

I think every little girl loves watching the gymnasts. they are strong and talented. and their focus, wow! that or soccer :)

3) What is the worst job you have ever had?

I helped friends start a food truck. I worked crappy hours, for crappy pay, and was let go in the end because my boss was a micromanager and I could no longer work for them

4) What is your favorite holiday tradition?

I love Thanksgiving! It is one of my favorite holiday becuase it is all about food, family, and football!

5) If you could visit any fictional place, where would you go?

Hogwarts, Star Wars, Marvel Universe, wherever all the dogs go :)

1) What do you at night to help you fall asleep?

I do some journaling or watch Netflix before sleeping. Self-care is very important and these two activities are part of my routine!

2) If you could play any Olympic sport which one would it be?

If I could play any Olympic sport, I would do archery! It seems so fun and requires more skill than endurance/speed, which I would prefer over those kinds of sports.

3) What is the worst job you have ever had?

Haven't been fortunate enough to have a job yet. Looking forward to hearing back from places that I applied to. For the time being, I'm broke. :P

4) What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Definitely family dinners at Christmas. My small extended family gets together and it's so much fun for everyone. Not to mention the presents and gift-giving. :D

5) If you could visit any fictional place, where would you go?

Definitely One Piece's Grand Line.

1) What do you at night to help you fall asleep?

Reading a chapter of a book and then imagining myself in the position of the main character while going to sleep hahaha

2) If you could play any Olympic sport which one would it be?

I'm the worst person at any sport, but I think ice skating? Is that even an Olympic sport? :O

3) What is the worst job you have ever had?

I haven't gotten a job yet, but I did volunteer as a teaching assistant once, it was fun but kids are something else.

4) What is your favorite holiday tradition?

I celebrate Eid and I love going out to visit family and friends :)

5) If you could visit any fictional place, where would you go?

Not a fictional place per say, but I'd love to visit the world of Haikyuu!!

I watch Netflix. I really need to stop lol. I'd probably get better sleep if I turned the TV off.

2) If you could play any Olympic sport which one would it be?

Track- specifically the hurtles. I used to do it in high school and you get some serious bragging rights. It's hard!

3) What is the worst job you have ever had?

I can't answer that! I've loved every job I've had so far.

4) What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Thanksgiving. I see all of my nieces and nephews in one spot for once and it's nice.

5) If you could visit any fictional place, where would you go?

Pandora would be really cool. As long as I am safe lol. They have a lot of predators. On second thought, I'll stick to Disney World's interpretation of it lol.

1) What do you at night to help you fall asleep?

I watch one of my favorite shows or documentaries, do my skincare routine, and either listen to music or read.

2) If you could play any Olympic sport which one would it be?

I could never do it myself, but figure skating and gymnastics are my favorites to watch!

3) What is the worst job you have ever had?

Working in a church daycare. I love working with kids and have worked in other great daycares, but this particular job was just miserable!

4) What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Ever since I was a young kid, every year my mother and I spend the entire day on Christmas Eve together, cooking lots of food for the next day's festivities, baking cookies, wrapping gifts, and listening to Christmas music. This tradition has always been so special to me that even after I've moved out and gotten married, I still go up to her house on Christmas Eve so we can continue the tradition. :)

5) If you could visit any fictional place, where would you go?

Just about anywhere in the Harry Potter universe!

1) I listen to Surahs from the Quran. They help me relax.

1) What do you at night to help you fall asleep?.....Sometimes take a hot, relaxing bath and then browse the internet, (or sometimes lay down and watch TV until I get drowsy.)

2) If you could play any Olympic sport which one would it be?.... Definitely a Gymnast! I used to love acrobatics growing up and would practice all day in my back yard. And I still love to watch the to this day.

3) What is the worst job you have ever had?.....I've had what I felt like were many. But off the top of my head my very "first" job which was a Summer job before my Junior year of Highschool. Ironically, "cleaning our local school buildings" Which were 3 different buildings in our area. So basically Custodial work (and during the Summer months when I was supposed to be OFF from school) . Which was not something I liked, wanted, OR signed up for. I was hoping to get a job in a store, or at the local daycare. But I think they assigned us to the jobs that were the closet to us in our areas. (Is what I heard). I was not happy. The only thing that made it tolerable was that I got to work with my very best friend at the time who also got the same job. lol....It was pretty disgusting at times...but, We made the most we could of it. But needless to say I surely looked at the position of a custodian in whole new light! And never took the actual work they had to do for granite again.

4) What is your favorite holiday tradition?.....Basically just getting together with my family/all my loved ones. Thats what makes it all special.

5) If you could visit any fictional place, where would you go?.....I'm not very imaginative so, I have no fictional place really. But.... Maybe the "Land of OZ" (like from the Wizard of Oz) might be something?....

Hello! How are you?

I wait, doing whatever I want in the meantime. Once I m tired, I just fall asleep.

I would swim! I just love the water.

Being a student! I m still are one, and I love to learn, but they make the "job" disgusting

Gifts! Definitely gifts.

Hogwarts! That makes me a witch.

1. I read for half an hour or so until my eyes are tired.

2. Dressage, it is included in the equestrian section, because I take classes for it.

3. I have not had a job yet.

4. Just Christmas in general, everything that comes with it.

5. Middle earth probably.

1) What do you at night to help you fall asleep?

I always have to have something in the background, whether it be the TV or my boyfriend playing his video games.

2) If you could play any Olympic sport which one would it be?

I love swimming, so most likely swimming.

3) What is the worst job you have ever had?

Working in retail as a teenager, most definitely. I've had to file sexual assault reports almost once every week!

4) What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Halloween! I love taking my niece and nephew out for trick-o-treating, they love it!

5) If you could visit any fictional place, where would you go?

Most definitely the Beast's castle from Beauty and the Beast! My dream is to visit a castle (and live in one if possible lol).
