If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only three words?
I had two thoughts. 1) Words can hurt. 2) Try your best.
What would your note say? 
Don't you dare pick up that razor or bottle of booze. Don't you dare lie like that. Talk to someone. Being transgender is okay. Calm down. Don't get in contact with him. He'll hurt you. Watch your mouth.
