Just tell them (I hid my sexual orientation -I'm bi- from everyone till I got so stressed that I tried to kill myself last year...)

@Kash216 thank you for the concern. My problem is that for far too long I've been pretending that everything was fine, but in actual fact it wasn't for a long while. With issues, family grief, arguments, unemployed and now I think I've lost my best friend... It's just really gotten to me today. Usually I'm the one others look too for guidance, for wisdom... I never thought the tables would turn. I feel kinda ashamed of myself now, braking down the way I did. Thank you again for your kind words and support, it's nice to know people do care!

You're a very courageous person. I'm sorry you went through this, my friend. Well losing best friend, I know how does it feels like. My best friend drifted away from me, even sadly I don't know what was my fault. That's the worst part you know? I just let it go and stand up by myself.
Just remember, if you're not happy, it's not the end of your story. You've gotten this far, and I believe that you are strong enough to push through everything.
Things change, people change. Sometimes it sucks and sometimes its for the best. But it's hard to keep your head up when it hurts so much, but you have to always remind yourself things will get better from here, so take a deep breath and breathe.
