@jesusredeemedme2425 ooop! Yeah I'll buy Torean one too, with his money😁😁😁
@Tinywhisper11 Please dont associate me with that monstrosity ....he-who-shall-not-be-named...
IKEA? ;)
@jesusredeemedme2425 yep she doesn't like Ikea

That place is so weird. I've only been once, but I at least enjoyed feeling like I was walking through a ton of people's bedrooms. It went on so long though... And they promised meatballs. Those were not good meatballs. And their juice was so-so.
Meatballs???? I need deets lol. I’ve only been in one once, and I vaguely remember it.
They advertise their swedish meatballs everywhere, and they're not very good at all. It's like, they build it up the entire way through, just to disappoint. And lingonberry juice tastes kinda just... So-so.
@Tinywhisper11 You dont know why I hate IKEA? It is not even about the assembling part.. It is not even a hate..It is a dislike (a lack of preference for it) IKEA isnt furniture—it’s cardboard. Playhouse chairs for Barbie. I have a sofa chair in my house, made from solid wood. (Yeah.. the environmentalists might come for me, but hear me out—we cut our tree and planted two in its place) It takes two people to lift it... but at least you won’t fall off it. It’s sturdy. It’s beautiful. H3ll, I could write a poem about it *heart eyes * Okay now I sound like a brat... but we support local woodworkers here—its also affordable. I dont know...maybe it’s a personality trait or a family trait, but when I hear furniture, two things come to mind: 1. it’s made from wood and 2. it’s too heavy to lift. Yeah...I get why people buy stuff from IKEA—if you move around a lot or need budget friendly furnishing for an apartment you just leased, it makes sense. But when it comes to home furnishing? I don’t know... maybe I’m just high maintenance. (again - No hate, just a dislike)
@Tinywhisper11 Another issue I have with IKEA is its approach to capitalism....which is ironic even hypocritical of me because we all benefit from capitalism... just not in equal measure (and for the record, I also hate communism) They sell you cheap chairs, branding them as ...sustainable, ecofriendly and reliable, while still charging a hefty price. But affordability aside, these chairs arent assets or good investments but you are spending too much on it . A solid wooden chair is an investment—it can be passed down for generations. Meanwhile...countless local woodworkers could use support yet IKEA floods the market with flimsy, disposable chairs that don’t last long, forcing you to keep spending. The capitalists have done the same thing with land. They convinced people that apartments were the solution to population problems... that leasing was better than owning land (I do agree leasing has some benefits but is the benefits on the same level as owning the land?) and then made housing loans expensive while quietly hoarding land for themselves....(If you dont see me for a few days after posting this, you know what happened to me...Sea Eye Aye!😭)
@azurePond 🤔🤔 so I'm guessing your not a ikea supporter😂😂😂😂😂 I don't like it cause of the nude incident
@Tinywhisper11 What incident?
