Can think of some!
Soupy-noodles!
Most things with eggs are easy and less time consuming plus minimal ingredient, to cook I think!
Also pasta, search "one pot lazy pasta" recipes on the internet, they are the best!
Sandwiches, with fillings of choice or of course a classic grilled cheese yummmm!🥰

Are you after uncomplicated or quickest? Or involving few ingredients?
Baked bean Lasagne (Very filling and even easier if you can use dried lasagne pasta sheets and/or premade bechamel sauce)
Pesto Pasta (Again, one need not make the pesto oneself. Very tasty and you can add extra ingredients to suit your taste)
Stir Fry (Very versatile, very quick. Just your choice of vegetables (baby sweet corn, carrot, beansprouts, pak choi (other cabbage also works), broccoli, pickled beetroot, all work well, but may others are good too), optional protein (chicken breast cut into strips, tofu, prawns, whatever floats your boat and has a quick cooking time). Just cook in a pan or wok with a little oil, maybe with some aromatics like onion (using spring onion is a classic) and garlic. And then add seasoning to taste (Chinese Five spice works brilliant, but you can use whatever suits your pallete). And of course you can always add extra things to make it special and zing for you (I am thinking things like some sweet chilli sauce, or soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, honey, extra spices, tamarind) but you can do it as complex or as simple as you wish. Just cook until the veggies soften a lttle and the protein is cooked through and voila...very swift yumyumnomnoms.
