When compared to other EVs, the anti-collision module in Tesla cars' programming isn't quite as good because it relies on cameras, which, like the human eye, can be fooled by fog & smoke. Other vehicles' anti-crash tech relies on lidar, which isn't fooled by visual phenomena.
Lie detectors (polygraphs) are junk science, and should not be allowed to be used as evidence. They're less accurate than human perception and can easily be fooled, or mislead decisions.
