Have you ever taught someone something? What was it? How did it go?

@jesusredeemedme2425 helped my classmates with a specific subject one time because they were failing. I tried my best to go through a semester worth of materials with them, while my family kept calling me. They still failed that class 😭

But I helped with some practical stuff my other friend and she did great 😊

@jesusredeemedme2425

I had positions in my various jobs that was teaching and or mentoring new employees and or teaching them new programs etc.

The biggest thing I found is teaching is largely dependent on the learner. If someone wanted to learn and do immediately things were good... if they were distracted or not open to listen because they knew it all already .... they would not succeed.   It also affected my approach in teaching because i would have to spend more time re-teaching those who " already knew everything".
