I WFH. Did so before Covid started, and continued. My hours decreased a bit during, because the amount of projects decreased for most of the company at the time.
I enjoy certain aspects, but miss others. If I were healthy and had the option I think I would choose flexibility - so in office and some from home. With all my illnesses it adds too many triggers (bucket model).

@jesusredeemedme2425 The amount of triggers that can 'fill someone's bucket' before they get over the threshold 'spilling over'.
Many chronic illnesses are affected this way.
