Finally shedding a few tears. I know it sounds strange but i have been unable to cry for a while and it kinda made me feel alive and not so numb.

I got a kudos from someone for getting in an workout today. It was grueling and I'm glad I decided to go to Pilates class so it was nice that someone pay me on the back. :)
