What Made You Smile Today?

I told a person I only knew in passing that I cut. And she gave me a hug and told me that everything was going to be okay as long as we worked together. I smiled.

I got a 100 on my essay I worked on for two weeks.

At work, a man brought his daughter in. She was five years old and was the sweetest little kid I have ever met she told me stories about her bear named cupcake sprinkle, then we had a very serious discussion about why a cartoon car had eyes. I also shared some of my anxious thoughts and feelings with my mom (who also suffers from anxiety) and she was very encouraging and showed me once again how much I am loved.
