Y'know that song, sugar how you get so fly. That song has been the highlight of my day listening to the radio; played on KTU. Just a good r&b song to bring you back to the simple days. I first heard it when I was in middle school. Life is ok. That is what I'm reminded. It's just a path... Why get stressed over your path?
I'm happy with myself that I've exercised, finally. Just some jumping jacks. But being for, for myself, makes me smile.
I will be posting here everyday so I can remember that everyday is a day of happiness. Stop letting yourself down! Everyday IS different. It's an opportunity and with boundless possibilities. I am pleased that my life is pretty quiet and simple. Work offers great opportunity and just because I'm taking a break, all that means is I'm recharging and reframing my mindset. I'll really need to declutter and then redecorate.
I went for a long walk with my wife and daughter.... I love them so much! We talked about funny stuff, laughed, and dodged what little traffic was out there. Semi fresh air and loving family being best friends... definitely smiled today. A deep, heart smile. 😊❤️

My dogs as usual. Also morning cooking with my mom. I was kinda forced to get up but annoying them for that was fun. It's just how we joke around.
Reading my listeners messages made me smile 😊 and talking to my in-laws
I have a good workout today :)
My children and grandchildren make me smile every day! Even when I'm down or stressed they have a way of making me happy! I have three children with down syndrome still living at home and six children altogether and five grandchildren. I am so blessed! My three girls still living at home have such a sweet beautiful nature about them and their hugs are awesome!
